Pemilihan Wilayah Alternatif Terbaik Dengan Menggunakan Metode Multi Criteria Decision Making

Abstract
Sebagian besar wilayah perbatasan memegang peranan penting dalam rantai global perekonomian. Dimensi ekonomi sangat mewarnai sifat dari wilayah perbatasan, apakah kemungkinan tersebut menjadi sebuah keuntungan ataupun kerugian dari wilayah perbatasan sangat tergantung pada persoalanyang dihadapi dan solusi yang diberikan pemerintah sebagai pemangku kebijakan. Indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah dapat dilihat dari Produk Domestik Regional Buto (PDRB) harga berlaku dan harga konstan menurut delapan kriteria lapangan usaha. Kriteria ini sangat berpengaruh dalam menentukan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah sampai pada level tertentu agas bisa diketahui dengan jelas posisi pertumbuhan ekonomi setiap wilayah. Penentuan wilayah perbatasan dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi terbaik membutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu memberikan solusi alternatif. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemilihan wilayah perbatasan dengan PDRB tertinggi berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan melakukan perangkingan terhadap wilayah perbatasan yang terpilih tersebut dengan menggunakan metode MCMD (Multi Criteria Decision Making). Alternatif yang telah terpilih merupakan wilayah perbatasan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi tertinggi berdasarkan kriteria PDRB dan menjadi rekomendaasi bagi permerintah daerah dalam menyusun Rencana Pembangunan jangka menengah dan jangka panjang
