Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu program aplikasi perpustakaan yang memudahakan siswa untuk mencari letak buku dan juga mempermudah petugas perpustakaan untuk mengolah data buku yang ada. Program Aplikasi Perpustakaan yang dihasilkan dalam penilitian ini menggunakan software Visual Basic 6.0 dan Microsoft Access 2007. Program Aplikasi Perpustakaan ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah mengolah data Buku dan Penempatan Buku di Perpustakaan SMP Negeri 6 Polewali untuk proses pencaharian dan pendataan buku serta membuat laporan data buku yang lebih efektif dan efisien
